Morocco seeks to mend ties with Algeria

Morocco has appealed for a return to normalcy with neighbor Algeria. King Mohammed VI said late Saturday in a speech to mark the anniversary of his ascension to the throne in 1999 that the two countries need to bolster their ties and improve on their relations
