Morocco - Understanding the feral animal situation, solutions and people on the frontline
Morocull is a 10 minute documentary shot in Morocco by London and kent based multimedia artist Russell Scott-Skinner. The documentary explores the feral animal population in Morocco, the government's current methods of control and the lives of those people involved in trying to protect the animals and find a better solution to the problem.

ABOUT THE PRODUCTION & DIRECTOR
Russell Scott-Skinner is a kent and London based multimedia artist who has been working professionally within the visual and creative sector for over 12 years. His work has featured on the BBC, been used in the run up to the London Olympics and also exhibited in numerous art, design and photography shows. Including a solo exhibition on London’s Embankment and council funded gallery space. His commercial design, photography and video production work have taken him to Barcelona and all across the Uk and to Morocco. Over the last four years Russell has been back and forth to Morocco for both leisure and work. As someone raised by an english veterinary surgeon he wanted to help provide a visual illustration for the questions that many visitors have about the country, it's culture and its difficulty in treating and dealing with the growing feral animal population.
