My Delicious Spinach Stew - African Food Recipe

In this video, I’m going to show you how I make my delicious Spinach stew,
It’s simple but so yummy, you will love this recipe even if you don’t like spinach

Spinach Stew with Meat
Ingredients :
300 g fresh spinach, chopped or frozen
1 Onion, thinly sliced
Peppers according to your taste
1 green pepper, in small cubes
A clove of garlic
A few basil leaves, chopped
1 fresh tomato, diced
250 g of meat (beef or mutton), precooked with salt
1 tablespoon of dry fish powder, (herring fish or crayfish)
3 fresh okras
1 teaspoon of black pepper
½ teaspoon ground ginger
Homemade bouillon cube (organic or your choice)
200 ml of vegetable oil
