As a crucial summit on climate change and global financing gets underway in Paris, a UN report shows that four African countries rank among the bottom five when it comes to meeting sustainability goals. France 24 spoke to Naledi Pandor, South Africa's international relations minister, who said that the Global North is still neglecting issues of development and conflict in Africa which is in turn harming sustainability.
