Namibia will have a woman president should SWAPO win elections in 2024

Namibia will have a woman president should SWAPO win elections next year, when
current president Hage Geingob's term of office also ends ends.

Addressing a SWAPO Central Committee meeting Geingob called on party members to support the Vice President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah as the presidential candidate for next year's election.

Nandi-Ndaitwah is currently Namibia's Minister for International Relations and Corporation .
