New Development Bank Africa’s head discusses institution’s operations, objectives

The New Development Bank (NDB) was established by the BRICS states - Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. It aims to mobilize resources for development projects in emerging economies and developing countries. In many ways, it serves as an anchor of ties between China and Africa. CGTN's Lindy Mtongana sat down with the Director-General of the NDB's Africa Regional Center Monale Ratsoma to discuss institution’s operations and objectives.
