Nigerian drug lord who had been deported, arrested in Nairobi

Nigerian drug lord Emmanuel Peter Enobemhe is still in police custody as different security agencies and the immigration department lock horns on who is to blame for the incident where one man has exposed a network of many other drug lords from foreign countries roaming freely in the country after being deported. At the moment Emmanuel is being interrogated by Anti terror police who claim he has been involved in terror related activities. No evidence has surfaced so far and as NTVs Dennis Okari reports, the blame game is exposing lax surveillance on the backdrop of corruption.
