Last Week, the Action Alliance (AA) withdrew its petition against the victory of President-Elect Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the February 2023 Nigerian Presidential Election.

Last Monday, the party stated that it was withdrawing its petition, and controversy has since followed the decision.

The primary justification for the petition from the Action Alliance was David Okanigbuan's exclusion as the party's nominee. The party addressed the validity of the results and electoral process, asserting that INEC erred in excluding its candidate.

Host: Gbenga Aborowa
Guest: Oba Maduabuchi, Senior Advocate of Nigeria and Lawyer Representing the Action Alliance Party.
