People in the western African nation of Mali are voting on constitutional changes. It's the first poll there since the military seized power three years ago.
The military, led by Colonel Assimi Goita, overthrew a democratically elected government seen as tolerant of corruption. The country was also facing a Jihadist insurgency and fighting over land between livestock herders. An interim government was later also toppled.
The military rulers say the constitutional referendum is the first step on the path back to civilian rule.
