Pres. Biden Expresses His Condolences Following Devastating Earthquake in Morocco

Pres. Biden publicly expressed his condolences to the people of Morocco after a devastating 6.8 earthquake left more than 2,400 people dead, at least 2,476 injured, and many more displaced in the North African nation over the weekend.

'[My administration is] working expeditiously to ensure American citizens in Morocco are safe [and] standing ready to provide any necessary assistance to the Moroccan people as well,' Biden said from Hanoi, Vietnam.
