Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed participated At the Summit for a New Global Financing Pact

Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed participated in a discussion titled "Improving the model of multilateral development banks to solve the challenges of the 21st century". They emphasized four points on the new international finance agreement conference held in Paris, France.



1) It is necessary to implement agreements promised before.
2) Increasing the supply of concessionary finance


3) Creating a strong mechanism for the funding needed for the transition to green development and
4) Ending the debt crisis.


Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed participated on the roundtable entitled “Evolving the model of multilateral development Banks to address the 21st century challenges” at the Summit for a New Global Financing Pact in Paris, France, during which he emphasized the need to 1) Implement past pledges with resolve; 2) boost concessional financing facilities; 3) create a robust mechanism to finance the transition to a Green Future and 4) end the debt crisis.
