Reaction to SA's decision to recall diplomats in Tel Aviv - Prof Andre Thomashausen weighs in

The South African government will now recall its diplomats in Israel for consultation, saying it is disappointed by the refusal of the Israeli government to respect international law and its continued undermining of the UN resolutions for the implementation of a ceasefire.

What will this mean for relations between the two countries in future - and is this the correct move, in line with the ANC's support of Palestinian rights.
