On May 10, 2022, Rihanna announced that Fenty Beauty would be available in 8 African countries, Kenya, Botswana, South Africa, Namibia, Nigeria, Zambia, and Zimbabwe on May 27, 2022.
According to .ebony.com, Rihanna will be including Ghana as well, starting from 28 december 2022.

Next week, from December 28 and 29, Rih is introducing her Fenty Glow + Go Beauty Bar at Afrochella’s two-day festival at El Wak Stadium in Ghana. At the festival, attendees will be able to test new Fenty Beauty products, grab fun giveaways, touch up their makeup looks and more.
