Victoria and her husband Chef Moses run a local african restaurant in Keta (Volta Region of Ghana) where they serve the best Togolese food i have come across. its a small restaurant and so the food is cooked in small portions. The food is absolutely delicious. Both chef Moses and his wife are half togolese and have worked in the food industry prior to now.
