Rwanda defiantly rejects claims of M23 rebels' support

Rwanda's President Paul Kagame has denied claims that his country is supporting the M23 rebels, who have captured swathes of territory in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo. President Kagame accused the DRC government of causing the conflict by failing to honour a peace deal signed with the rebels in 2013. He made the remarks at a press conference in the Rwandan capital Kigali.
