Civic organisation, Sanco, is calling on the Botswana government to stop undermining South Africa's judicial system. The Botswana government allegedly overlooked diplomatic channels, and briefed civil rights movement AfriForum, to force South Africa's government to accede to mutual legal assistance in a money laundering case.
