Oxtail recipe
Coat oxtail in:
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika
Chilli powder
Sear it till brown.

In a pot put:
1 brown onion, 1 red onion, 3 garlic items, 3 bay leaves, teaspoon size ginger, 4 stock cubes beef, 3 tablespoons worscheshire sauce.

keep adding water until tender. (your fork can go through) Then add your carrots for 3 mins.
