Snowball | South Africa Style | Deliciously Easy | Bakers Bites | Durban Style

This Delicious Soft Snowballs Recipe is one I make very often in our home. Snowballs is a sweet treat that brings back fond memories of our childhood.


Cake
4 eggs
200g sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
200g flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
100g butter, melted
SYRUP
1c boiling water
3tbsp. Strawberry jam
1 - 2 tsp. Food coloring ( red or pink )
150 - 200g desiccated coconut
