Somalia says port deal invalid, recalls ambassador to Ethiopia

Ethiopia has signed a deal with Somalia's breakaway, unrecognised region of Somaliland. In an emergency meeting, Somalia's cabinet said the pact granting Ethiopia access to Somaliland's coast has no legal standing. Mogadishu has recalled its ambassador to Ethiopia.
