The Minister of police Bheki Cele and deputy minister of home affairs, Njabulo Nzuza have signed a memorandum of agreement with their Lesotho counterpart to combat cross border crime and develop smooth movement of people and goods between the two countries.
This agreement comes ahead of the proposed signing of the Binational Cooperation between the Republic and the Kingdom of Lesotho.
Ahead of the formalisation of the Binational Cooperation between the Lesotho and the Republic and South Africa, several ministries are joining heads to find best areas of common interest.
