South Africa sets deadline for Zimbabwe's ZESA to settle outstanding arrears

South African power utility Eskom has given its Zimbabwean counterpart, ZESA, to the end of May to settle outstanding arrears -- or risk having power supplies cut. Zimbabwe imports electricity from South Africa and Mozambique's Caborra Bassa Dam
