South Africa Shooting: Group Takes Government To Court Over Lack of Gun Control | NC Now | 22-05-23

Gun Free SA, an anti-firearms lobbying group, says it has begun the legal procedure to file a class action lawsuit against the state.

This is for what it deems the police's failure to keep weaponry under their custody out of the hands of gangsters. The organisation has applied to the Western Cape High Court for permission to file the lawsuit.
