South African gang leader blames government for ghetto conditions

The murder rate in South Africa has slowed down everywhere apart from Cape Town.

And that is mostly down to drug gangs fighting over territory in the city's Cape Flats communities.

In an exclusive interview, Al Jazeera's Sue Turton talks to a gang leader who blames the government for turning his neighbourhood into a ghetto.
