South African women out to level the playing field in tech

Women leaders in South Africa's technology sector are helping to shape a more inclusive and gender-equal industry. Ruth Manning-Doetz is among a small percentage of women that have carved a space in the male-dominated tech industry and now heads up recruitment at Cape Town-based payments company, Peach.
