Spotlight on the effects of climate change in Africa with Dr Roland Ngam

Mineral Resources and Energy Minister Gwede Mantashe says the energy transition and the effects of climate change are being weaponised against growth on the continent because of its rich fossil fuel endowments.

Speaking at Eafrica Energy Week, he highlighted constraints to gas and oil exploration campaigns which he said are an opportunity for Africa.
