Study shows corruption a challenge for devolution

62 percent of Kenyans believe that corruption and misuse of funds are the biggest challenges facing devolution 10 years after the county governments came into force. In a report released by Twaweza East Africa, 47% of Kenyans are uncertain about the impact of devolution despite the national government injecting 3.6 trillion shillings to the devolved units in the last 10 years.
