Terra Invicta (Asia/Africa mostly) E7: Arresting Hydra & redefining
So with the objective revealed, it's clear that Asia/Africa only is not enough to trigger a win and so I'm going to take advantage of the agreement early in the playthrough that South America is legitimately in play. So this episode our agents go to Bolivia to start planning the rise of yet another mega nation.
That doesn't mean we aren't holding closely to our other rules though - as tempting as it would be to engage in extrajudicial killings, we can't assassinate the Hydra agents on Earth, instead we have to detain them in line with all relevant and proper due process.
That means we have to find them...and fortunately for us, when your marines storm a Hydra base, you get full intel on all their facilities and agents....
They're not marines really, they're just heavily armed investigators engaged in very intense document discovery and evidence gathering efforts.
