The China Africa development fund

Since the creation of the China Africa Development fund, the body has become a major driving force in investment in Africa, with over 2.4 billion dollars committed to over 64 projects in 30 African countries in the last 6 years alone. With just over 1.8 billion dollars of that amount already released, the role of china in African development cannot be understated. CCTV's Peter Wakaba caught up with the fund's executive Vice President, Yong Wang, on the sidelines of the New York forum On Africa for an update on its operations on the continent.
