The Fulani connection in Sudan conflict and the inept UN

Sudan is now a failed state. However, what would happen if the RSF (former the Janjaweed) take Sudan? Who are they? What about Their Fulani and Afro Arab heritage? Are they akin to the Fulani Herdsmen (Fulani Janjaweed)? What impact would the RSF lead Sudan government have in the Sahel Western Region in particular and the Sahel in general?
