The Great Migration is an extraordinary event, it is considered the largest terrestrial mammal migration in the world. Millions of Zebras, Wildebeest and Gazelle make this incredible journey in a circular pattern across Tanzania and Kenya every year. The climax of this amazing event is the Mara River Crossing. Hundreds of thousands of wildebeest will gather along the edge of the riverbank for hours, sometimes even days , until in a moment of madness a few will leap from the bank provoking the rest of the herd to follow in an adrenaline charged surge.
