In Senegal, there has never been widespread acceptance of the LGBT community but in recent years anti-gay sentiment has been growing and spreading. "At the beginning it wasn't like that, there was a little tolerance. But now there is no more tolerance." says *Khalifa, whose identity is being hidden to protect him from the ever increasing threat of violence and persecution.
