This song was written and directed by our dear sister Thelma Y. Saye who is known for her great work in the community through many different ways.
I’m winning is a victory song inspire by all the wonderful things God has done in her life inspect of everything life has brought her way.
Thelma has been a blessing to her community but most importantly to many less fortunate children in Africa who are terminally ill and can not afford to pay for medical treatment. She has devotedly put together a team where they raised money to help paid for these kid’s medical expenses, feeding, stayed and many more. Without giving up she has given her best to the African community at large but it will all changed when some of the kids lost their lives to the hands of less trained nurses in Liberia. After fighting for justice for those babies which was never given, Thelma Saye was very broken, she felt it was the end and there were no need to continue what she has started.
But it all change after she met 12years old Luke who was beaten by a family member and left to die. After all her tears and six(6) months of Luke being in the hospital, seeing Luke receive treatment, get better by the day, go home to his family and having a second chance in life, Thelma was given hope again. Indeed God is very faithful, Thelma started what she thought she couldn’t continue anymore.
I am a winning, I’m Winning Again she saids, the devil thought he could stop what God has started but he lose.
She is not only pushing through in changing many other kids lives but she also held a concert in honor of her babies(as she calls them) in May of 2022 and is due to change more lives.
She will always say when you are down tell yourself you are a winner, no matter what life throws your way, you will always win over your enemies.
God has been faithful in so many different ways in her live also but through it all, she has never stop soaring as Eagles.
With all the lies told against her to tarnish her repetition and all the back biting she her endured in the hands of people has made her stronger. Just when she thought it was all over, God stepped in and turn it around for her good. Yes, we are a winners.
As you listen to this song, please do not be discourage from what you are going through today, you will win in Jesus name, amen. The enemy can only delay you but they can never stop what God destine for you.
