We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate #InternationalDanceDay than watching these incredible traditional dancers in Tanzania, East Africa. They have so much natural talent, energy and artistry. They certainly feel the music, rhythm and every drumbeat.

This dance group is from a tribe in the southern region of Tanzania. We love getting up and dancing with them, which quickly makes you realise just how fit you need to be! Very entertaining and great exercise. We could easily watch them all day.
