Turkish President Erdogan begins Africa tour

The Turkish president has kicked off the first leg of his three-country African tour with his first-ever visit to Angola.

The country came out of a civil war less than 20 years ago, and is looking for foreign partners to revitalise its economy. Our diplomatic correspondent Andrew Hopkins reports from the Angolan capital, Luanda.
