Uganda has dissociated itself from Justice Julia Sebutinde's decision to vote in favour of Israel at the World Court this week. The Ugandan judge - who is serving her second term at the International Court of Justice - voted against all the emergency measures requested by South Africa in its genocide case against Israel over the war in Gaza.
