Toronto East Rotary Member Navin Parekh tell us about his experiences in Uganda helping people with disabilities in the Kasese District of Uganda. Through his talk and pictures we not only learn about how lives of the disabled were changed for the better, but we also learn about the unique culture and traditions of the people in that region.
