CHAPS
Ingredients for minced meat
1kg ground meat
2 slices of bread (breadcrumbs)
200g wheat flour
2 eggs
2tbs coriander leaves
1 big carrot grated
1 big minced onion
8 cloves mince garlic
2tbs paprika
1tbs black pepper
1tbs cumin
1tbs coriander
1tbs beef royco(optional)
2tbs soy sauce
Salt to taste
Chili powder (optional)
Oil for frying
Add any of your spices
Others
10 to 12 eggs
Salt
Maize flour for rolling the chaps
These chaps are simply delicious in the mouth. Follow the procedure in the video and you won"t be disappointed.
