Ugandan Latest Bugisu Kadodi Cultural Dance in Mbale - Apollo BW

Went on an adventure and was amazed by dancers in Mbale City with an experience of #Kadodi, a traditional creative dance by the Gishu tribe in the Mbale greater region of Eastern Uganda neighboring Kenya via mount Elgon.

The drumming and the dances are usually performed during a cultural circumcision ceremony (boys transitioned into manhood).

This performance was super entertaining when my friends and I visited a big group of local musicians and dancers to promote and support the performing arts industry in Uganda.
