Ugandan style recipe Beef stew with Matoke - yummy African food, if you get these Bananas, try it

Today I am cooking Matoke with Beef stew, it's just yummy.

First I wash the meat and cut it into small pieces.
Cooking the meat first till it gets soft.
Afterward, we fry it while adding the vegetables to make the sauce tasty.

Cooking Matoke is easy and if you get these types of Bananas in your country, you should try them.


Ingredients.
Beef meat
Red onion
3 tomatoes (peeled)
1 carrot
1 green pepper
fresh coriander
garlic and ginger

Seasonings:
Salt, turmeric, curry powder, coriander powder, black pepper, paprika, royco beef.

Matoke
Matoke is cooked in just plain water.
