UPDATE: Supreme Court Reserves Judgment in Atiku, LP Appeals Against President Tinubu

The Supreme Court has reserved judgment on the appeal filed by the Peoples’ Democratic Party challenging the judgment of the court of Appeal which affirmed the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the 2023 presidential election.

The 7-member panel is led by Justice Inyang Okoro who earlier told parties that Judgment in the appeal will be reserved.

The Allied People’s Movement also withdrew its appeal challenging the election of President Bola Tinubu.
