US Envoy to Libya Urges Resumption of Oil Production, Elections
Richard Norland, the U.S. special envoy and ambassador to Libya, reiterated during a press conference in Tripoli on Wednesday the need to restart oil production, move toward elections and bridge divisions between the country's rivals in order to form a unified government.
