US President Meets Angolan Counterpart, Discusses $1 Billion Rail Program

U.S. President Joe Biden on Thursday met his Angolan counterpart and the African Union’s top envoy, Joao Lourenco, to discuss a $1 Billion rail development funded by Washington. The development will focus on connecting Luanda’s ports to other African nations, including the Democratic Republic of Congo.
