My Mama is coming to town y’all so I’m making her famous dish for her to try! She is known for her Peanut Stew so this is my homage to her.
This is hands down one of the best stews I’ve ever had!

If you’re wondering why I generalized it to West Africa and not just one specific country, it’s because it’s made all over. Y’all should definitely try it out and let me know what you think about this… And if you’re allergic to Peanuts, you can always try my Cassava Leaf or Spinach Soup recipe.
