Yoga Demostration

Yoga is gaining more and more interest in sub-Saharan Africa and is practiced in Rwanda, South Africa and Kenya. Angelique Shofar, a native of Liberia, is committed to making yoga a lifestyle and gives VOA's health correspondent Linord Moudou a demonstration along with intern Sarah McHaney.
