I know it's been a while and I missed you guys a lot these past few days.
In my quest to eat Nigerian food "swallow" to be precise and since there are no Nigerian foodstuff here, I had to do some research on substitute food materials I could use like; oats, potatoes etc...
But I got a suggestion from my number one darling to make "Tuwo Skinkafa" which is made from rice, only rice...
So I tried making it and honestly it came out very well
So if you're in a foreign country like me and are craving some "swallow", then you can totally try making this.
