To Zambia now, where there's been criticism of yesterday's Constitutional Court ruling that President Edgar Lungu can stand in presidential elections due in 2021, Opposition leader Hakainde Hichelema, who heads the United Party for National Development says the ruling effectively opens the way to a third term for Lungu.
