Zambia suspends maize exports to Zimbabwe

Zambia has suspended maize exports to its southern neighbour, Zimbabwe, and that could worsen an already precarious food shortage in that country. The two states, along with others in the southern Africa region are facing a bitter drought, induced by the longest El Nino phenomenon in 35 years.
