Zambian Recipe| Dried Fish

Hi guys, here is another Zambian recipe for you and this time we're making the dried fish. I believe the fish I'm cooking is the dried Tilapia but any kind of dried fish can be cooked this way. Hope you Enjoy watching this video!

2 dried fish
1 whole onion
1 whole tomato
1/4 cup of oil
2 jugs or more of Water
