Zimbabwe Finance Minister to Increase Local Currency Demand | NC Breakfast | 07/06/2023

Moving now to Zimbabwe, the country’s Finance Minister Mthuli Ncube recently signed off on measures focused on increasing demand for the local currency, while arresting demand for the U.S. dollar.
These developments face resistance from both international and local traders who lost faith in the local dollar as it continues sliding against the US dollar.
