Gambia's new President Adama Barrow has finally appointed his cabinet, and many say the first order of business should be justice for victims of the former president Yahya Jammeh's autocratic rule.<br /> <br />Al Jazeera's Reza Sayah reports from Banjul.<br />

Just hours before the end of his term in office, Gambia's incumbent President Yahya Jammeh is showing no sign of leaving, with parliament extending his term.<br />
